How to custom order
Each of my bespoke and custom made pieces are truely unique and designed with the intention of creating a very special piece of jewellery just for you or a loved one. Rest assured, you will be wearing a totally unique piece that over time will become a much cherished favourite.
What Does Handcrafted Mean?
Handmade from precious metals, genuine antique seaglass and quality raw materials in my studio by me. Customers buy from me because they appreciate my artisan craftsmanship, my unique approach to designs, my aesthetic and my desire to achieve their vision.
Commissioning and wearing a custom piece will reflect your individual style, your desire to be unique and your appreciation of non mass-produced jewellery.
Tell me the Process.
It is as simple as emailing me firstname.lastname@example.org with Custom Order in the subject line. Give me as much information as possible about the colours, size and shapes of the seaglass or stones you would like. It may be something as simple as a long gold chain with 2 charms and a piece of seaglass to a gemstone and seaglass ring.
I will then give you an idea of costing, time before delivery can be expected and the ongoing process. You can read this quick blog post on commissioning rings.
Do I need to be in Sydney in Order to Request a Custom Order?
No, you don't, as long as you have access to a computer we can manage just fine. Most of my commissions are done long distance.
What materials do you work with?
All my seaglass is genuine, antique seaglass and is only from a few select locations, Seaham in the UK, Japan and Iceland. I choose to work with this glass because it is of a superior quality, is hard wearing, beautiful and lush. I source my stones from reputable merchants in Sydney.
I work with recycled sterling silver, argentium silver, 14k gold, 14k gold filled, rose gold filled. depending on your design I will recommend appropriate metals to you.
How Long Does it Take?
Custom pieces can take 3-9 weeks, depending on the complexity, materials and my schedule.
If you would like you order by a certain time, please let me know and I will accomodate you as best I can. Fast tracking an order can attract an additional fee.
How is my piece shipped?
