Design Your Own Jewelry
Let Me Walk You Through the Process
Simply email me at email@example.com with Custom Order in the subject line. Give me as much information as possible about the colours, size and shapes of the sea glass or stones you would like. It may be something as simple as a long gold chain with 2 charms and a piece of seaglass, to a gemstone and seaglass ring.
I will then give you an idea of costing, estimated time of delivery and the ongoing process. You can read this quick blog post on commissioning rings.
Inquiries Related To Custom Jewelry
Do I need to visit you in person in Order to Request a Custom Order?
No, you don't, as long as you have access to a computer we can manage just fine. Most of our commissions are done long distance.
What materials do you work with?
All my sea glass is genuine, antique seaglass and is only from a few select locations – Seaham in the UK, Japan and Iceland. I choose to work with this glass because it is of a superior quality, is hard wearing and beautiful. I source my gemstones from reputable merchants in Australia.
I work with recycled sterling silver, argentium silver, 14k gold, 14k gold filled, and rose gold filled. Depending on your design I will recommend appropriate metals for you.
How Long Does it Take?
Custom pieces can take 3-9 weeks, depending on the complexity, materials and schedule. If you would like your piece completed by a certain time, please let us know and we will accomodate you as best we can. Fast tracking an order can attract an additional fee.
How is my piece shipped?
Australian customers: Pieces will be sent via Australia Post - and depending on the cost of the piece will be sent insured mail.
International customers: Pieces will either be sent via Australian International Express Post.
