💧Estimated shipping times:
Australia: 2-6 business days with Australia Post Express shipping which includes tracking. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.

New Zealand: Express Postage with Australia Post should take 5-8 business days.

United States: Express Postage with Australia Post should take 7-12 business days.

Europe: Express Postage with Australia Post should take 7-12 business days.

💧Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Providing the item is returned to us in the original packing, unworn, within a month of receipt, we will happily return your item. Cost of returns and original shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised pieces or rings that are made to size. Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for them.

💧Returns Process: After contacting me regarding the return please ship items back within one month days of receiving them, you need to get proof of postage from your Postal service.

💧Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I will only refund the cost of the item not the shipping cost to get the item to you. 

💧Cancellations: Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing a product via email info@kriketbroadhurst.com, please provide us with your order number and name and we will return your funds less any bank charges we may incur.

💧Faulty or Damaged Jewellery: In the extremely unlikely situation your piece arrives and it is faulty due to workmanship we will incur all costs to return the piece to us for either repair or exchange or a full refund.

💧Custom and Personalised Orders: Just contact us if you would like a custom order, we will be more than happy to help. We can make commissioned pieces to your specification but may need a little more time if different materials need to be purchased. We can also fast track a special order but charges may apply if the turnaround does not fit within our work schedule. Special orders must be paid for in full before they will be posted, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

💧Sizing Details: All sizes & lengths are described in our listings. Please take the time to read them correctly & we suggest you use a ruler so that you have an accurate idea of the size we describe.

It is so easy to assume something will fit fine, only to be bitterly disappointed when it arrives & the size is not as you imagined. If you want anything adjusted or made to a different size there is generally no extra cost, just let us know at checkout or email us on info@kriketbroadhurst.com

If however, you want a much longer chain than the one listed we will need to charge you an additional materials charge, depending on the metal. Please email us prior to purchasing to ensure we can meet your specifications.

💧Ring Sizes: Rings can be made to order & we use a standard UK ring mandrel to size our rings. You will need to go to a local jewellery shop & have your ring size measured. Ideally go to two shops to double check!

Depending on where you are in the World you will be told either a number from 1 to 12.5 if in the US, a letter from A-B if in the UK, or a number from 38-69 if you are in Europe.  It is imperative we get your ring size correct so if we are at all confused we will contact you to double check your size.

Sizing by using a piece of string or tape is NOT an accurate way to measure your ring size. Take it from us, Kriket's boyfriend tried to do it this way for her engagement ring while she was sleeping & it went terribly wrong!

💧Gift Wrapping & Packaging: We have gone to a great deal of effort to produce beautiful, unique jewellery & we want to deliver it to you beautifully packaged, ready to give as a gift or to open yourself. All our jewellery comes in a specifically designed jewellery box with an information card telling you about the sea glass as well as care instructions. We are more than happy to add a note if you would like the jewellery to be sent as a gift to an alternate address than your own, and for a little extra touch you can purchase one of our seaglass greeting cards. Please make sure you email us as soon as possible with the name, address & message you would like sent with the parcel. We aim to send parcels out as soon as funds are cleared, usually in 1-3 days of purchase.

Orders are sent via Australia Post Large Letter.

Postage can take up to 7 business days. Express shipping upgrade is available at checkout.
