We hand-craft our seaglass jewellery collections from a light filled studio at the back of Kriket’s house, in Sydney, Australia. Our days are always different but are filled with hard work, lots of laughs, endless cups of tea and the odd naughty treat :)
One of our favourite jobs is to sort through our collections of naturally tumbled, antique sea glass. We obsess over each piece, setting aside really unique one-off pieces for pendants, rings or bangles, and hunting down as many pairs as we can for earrings. From selecting the glass and drilling it, to choosing the right precious stone to add to a necklace clasp, we love what we do and are very careful to get each detail right.
We particularly love commissions or special orders as it allows us to create bespoke pieces that are different and unique. Hearing from our customers each time to let us know how happy they are with their piece of jewellery is the icing on the cake! This week we received this beautiful review about our double nugget solid gold necklace, bought on Etsy, and sent to Canada:
“Kriket's jewelry is exquisite! Excellent quality and attention to detail! Stellar craftsmanship! Customer service was top notch, timely and helpful.
Shipping was speedy, only 4 days from 'down under' to Canada! I feel very lucky to have found a jeweller like Kriket Broadhurst and highly recommend her work.
It truly is something to treasure! Thank you Kriket.”
We also received this lovely review from a local customer regarding one of our new 'charm cluster' necklaces.
"Received the most beautiful piece of yours today. Custom made.
Your work is so unique, delicate and vibrant. Thank you for your customer service. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks again."
There are two reasons for this post. One is to show you how very easy it is to purchase our jewellery online and receive it safely, even when you’re based overseas.
The second one is to say thank you, a huge genuine thank you, to all those customers who have emailed or texted or posted a thank you message. They are never taken for granted I assure you!
