Returns & Exchanges
💧Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Providing the item is returned to us in the original packing, unworn, within a month of receipt, we will happily return your item. Cost of returns and original shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised pieces or rings that are made to size. Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for them.
💧Returns Process: After contacting us regarding the return please ship items back within one month days of receiving them, you need to get proof of postage from your Postal service.
💧Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will only refund the cost of the item not the shipping cost to get the item to you.
💧Cancellations: Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing a product via email email@example.com, please provide us with your order number and name and we will return your funds less any bank charges we may incur.
💧Faulty or Damaged Jewellery: In the extremely unlikely situation your piece arrives and it is faulty due to workmanship we will incur all costs to return the piece to us for either repair or exchange or a full refund.
