It’s turned cold up on Tamborine Mountain in the Hinterland of the Gold Coast and while that is great for sitting around the fire (under the stars, wrapped in a blanket and and sipping red wine) it’s not so great for my mostly summer wardrobe. Each year I get caught out and I forgot it can be so cold so I have been on the hunt for some quality pieces that stand the test of time.

Good quality jumpers that last & keep you warm can be hard to find. I love to support Australian Brands as much as I can but I recently bought a couple of wool jumpers from Celtic & Co, a British brand I always bought from when I lived in the UK. The quality & colours of their yarn is outstanding and these jumpers never fail to keep me warm when I am sitting at the bench for long periods of time.
I find I wear my gold and pearl hoop earrings a lot in the cooler months. Necklaces are hard to wear over jumpers but a great pair of lustrous pearl earrings are sure to always make you glow.
