Processing times:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items but generally I try to ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

Estimated shipping times
Australia: 3-6 business days
North America: 1- 5 weeks
Europe: 1- 5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on numerous factors such as the postal service in your country, the time it takes fr your parcel to clear customs and delivery hours.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Exchanges & Returns

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations of orders.

To arrange an exchange contact me within: 5 days of delivery of your jewellery and show proof of shipping of items back to me within: 14 days of delivery. I will not exchange an item until I have received it.
You are welcome to request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase, after this time I cannot gaurantee a refund of your money as I may have dispatched your order. Please email me at
I don't accept returns unless there is a clear fault of the piece due to workmanship.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Just contact me if you would like a custom order, I am more than happy to help. I can make commissioned pieces to your specification but may need a little more time if different materials need to be purchased. 

I can also fast track a special order but charges may apply if the turnaround does not fit within my work schedule. Special orders must be paid for in full before they will be posted, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Sizing Details

All sizes & lengths are described in my listings.
Please take the time to read them correctly & I suggest you get a ruler so that you have an accurate idea of the size I describe.
It is so easy to assume something will fit fine, only to be bitterly disappointed when it arrives & the size is not as you imagined. 

If you want anything adjusted or made to a different size there is generally no extra cost, just let me know at checkout or email me on
If however, you want a much longer chain than the one listed I will charge you additional materials charge, depending on the metal.
Please email me prior to purchasing to ensure I can meet your specifications.

Ring Sizes

Some rings can made to order & I use a standard UK ring mandrel to size my rings. You will need to go to at least 2 local jewellery shops & have your ring size measured - if they both give you the same result then you should be fine. 
Depending on where you are in the world you will be told either a number from 1/2 to 12 1/2 if in the US, a letter from A-B if in the UK & a number from 38-69 if you are in Europe. 
It is imperative I get your ring size correct so if I am at all confused I will convo you to double check your size.
Sizing by using a piece of string or tape is NOT an accurate way to measure your ring size. Take it from me, my boyfriend tried to do it this way when I was sleeping (for THAT surprise ring) & it went terribly wrong!

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

I have gone to a great deal of effort to produce beautiful, unique jewellery & I want to deliver it to you beautifully packaged, ready to give as a gift or to open yourself.
All my jewellery either comes wrapped in a special little pillow packet or a specifically designed jewellery box with an information card telling you about the sea glass as well as care instructions.

I am more than happy to add a note if you would like the jewellery to be sent as a gift to an alternate address than your own. Please make sure you email me as soon as possible with the name, address & message you would like sent with the parcel. I aim to send parcels out as soon as funds are cleared, usually in 1-3 days of purchase.

Taxes & Import Duties

Please note you are liable to pay all taxes & import duties particular to your Country that may be applied to your order when it passes through Customs.
If you are uncertain whether charges will be incurred then please contact your Import & Customs Department.
You will not be charged any taxes on your jewellery within Australia or when it leaves Australia. Please do not ask me to label your parcel as a 'gift' as this is not legal & I will decline such a request.

Slow Parcels

Within Australia parcels can take up to10 business days to arrive, so I cannot investigate missing parcels until after this time. Remember a signature is required at delivery, so check for a calling card in case an attempt was made.

International orders can take between 1-6 weeks, depending on where you live, your custom processing & local postal services. Please allow 4 weeks from date of posting before contacting me in regards to a missing parcel & I will make every effort to investigate from my end. You will receive tracking information on a regular basis which should keep you well informed.

Postage & Delivery

All jewellery sent within Australia includes insurance & is sent via Auspost Standard Delivery (2-4 days) & requires a signature upon delivery. Make sure you have it sent to an address where it can be signed for or allow time to collect it from the post office.
This service is $5.50 & includes up to 2 items of jewellery :)
If you do not want your parcel sent in this manner then convo me with your details & I will arrange postage without a signature. 
Express delivery can be upgraded at checkout.

Rest of The World:
All jewellery is sent via Auspost Standard International TRACKED Delivery and can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. You will receive tracking info via our postal service & I will be notified when the parcel is delivered.

Privacy Policy
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information for the following:
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
